Bhavesh Gandhi, a first generation entrepreneur, is co-founder and promoter of SKIL Mr. Gandhi has over 30 years of rich and varied experience in conceiving and setting up first-of-its kind path breaking greenfield infrastructure projects in the country.

Bhavesh Gandhi has been instrumental in carving a global niche for SKIL, leading strategic planning, project formulation and development of the Group's various initiatives from time to time. His experience in various sectors, administrative ability, drive, devotion, and skill in organization saw the evolution of all the projects and his attention to detail are the qualities that ensure that each project that SKIL undertakes is implemented smoothly and professionally.

He was bestowed with the "Young Entrepreneur Award" at the World Expo 2012, SMP (Shipping, Marine & Ports) Awards.

He has also been nominated as Trustee of Mumbai Port Trust (MbPT) by Ministry of Shipping, Govt of India.

Mr. Shekar Gandhi has over 17 years of experience in the field of handling legal, commercial and financial aspects of large scale urban infrastructure and industrial projects. Prior to this, he he worked in Pipavav Defense & Offshore Engg. Co. Ltd. as Vice-President (Commercial) looking after land acquisition, procurement, contract management and execution related to infrastructure and shipbuilding..

Mr. Nilesh Mehta

Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Mr. Nilesh Mehta, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of theCompany. He holds a Master Degree in Commerce from University of Bombay, is a qualified Company Secretary and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has 14 years of experience, prior to joining this Company, having worked with SEAMAC Limited, Delta Mechcons (India) Limited and Central Finance Limited. He joined SKIL on July 01,2006 and has handled a wide range of responsibilities including Corporate Laws, Legal Affairs, Corporate Restructuring and Compliance Matters.
